The Rulebook: entry, exit, position-sizing and sit-out rules shaped by the approach Elle learned from her father. The Agents: monitor supported markets and execute eligible strategy signals or copy eligible Elle trades, as configured for your account. The Guardrails: exposure limits, daily risk thresholds and controls that can pause new orders. Gaps, slippage and outages can still cause losses beyond a threshold. Multiple agents can perform different tasks within one system; more agents do not guarantee more profit.
1. Review your account: check connection status, open positions, risk alerts and the day's briefing. 2. Submit your check-in: log your review, confirm follow-up and flag issues. A no-trade day counts; you do not need to place a trade. These check-ins are a condition of the 12-month guarantee, not the 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
The upfront fee shown on your package. AI packages also have the clearly stated success fee: a percentage of subsequent eligible net profit after your upfront fee is recovered, up to the displayed cap. Education packages have no profit share. Trading capital and third-party costs are separate.
Your account funding requirement and risk limits must be agreed in writing before you enroll. They depend on the supported account and strategy. The package price does not fund your brokerage account. The 12-month guarantee requires the agreed funding plan; the 90-day satisfaction guarantee does not.
No prior trading experience or finance degree is required to explore the program. We explain the strategy, account controls and daily check-ins during onboarding. You still need to understand the risks and review your account; automated execution does not remove that responsibility.
No profit deadline is promised. Thirty days is a target for initial setup after completed onboarding. Historical backtesting and paper trading come before live activation. Validation may take longer, and a strategy that passes testing can still lose money in live markets.
No identical return is promised. Your configured system may execute approved strategy signals or copy eligible Elle trades. Timing, fill prices, account size, settings, costs and outages can change results. You can lose money, including your trading capital.
You can still request the satisfaction refund within 90 days of access. Usage and the daily action items are not conditions. The refund is your upfront program fee minus positive net program-trading profit, with a floor of zero.
Complete onboarding, meet the funding and risk plan agreed before purchase, keep your account accessible and in good standing, and submit both check-ins on at least 80% of scheduled trading days. Report technical issues promptly. No daily trades or minimum trading volume are required. Full terms below explain the calculation and claim window.
Your account stays in your name. You can pause new copying and control your account through your broker. Existing positions may remain open after pausing. Withdrawals or extended pauses that change the agreed funding plan may affect the 12-month guarantee; they do not remove the 90-day satisfaction right.
Your included software and AI support term ends. Any unearned success-fee amount expires; it does not become a debt. A renewal needs a separate agreement. Reaching the success-fee cap earlier does not extend the software term or create lifetime access.
The claim window starts when program access is provided and ends 90 calendar days later. Request cancellation and a refund through your assigned support channel within that window. No reason, usage, daily check-in or minimum trading-capital requirement applies. Refund amount = upfront program fee actually paid minus positive cumulative net profit from program trades, never less than zero. Where no program trades were made, positive net profit is zero. Provide broker statements only if needed to verify program trading profit; no trading activity is required. Access ends on cancellation, and unearned success fees are cancelled. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days of verification.
The 12-month period starts on the documented activation date after onboarding. If cumulative eligible net profit is below your actual upfront program fee at month 12, request a refund of the shortfall within the following 30 calendar days. Refund = upfront fee paid minus positive eligible cumulative net profit, with a floor of zero and a ceiling of the upfront fee paid. For example, a $14,800 upfront payment and $4,000 in eligible cumulative net profit result in a $10,800 refund. This arithmetic is not a forecast.
Eligibility requires completed onboarding; the capital amount and funding schedule specified in writing before purchase; the agreed risk settings and account access; both daily action items submitted on at least 80% of scheduled trading days; attendance at agreed reviews; and timely reporting of connection or account problems. Scheduled days and the funding plan must be set before purchase. No minimum trade count, forced trades, extra leverage or discretionary increases in funding are required. Documented provider outages and broker-imposed interruptions are excluded from the check-in denominator and do not themselves void eligibility. Market losses alone do not create a requirement to replenish capital beyond the original written funding schedule. Conditions cannot be added retrospectively.
Supply the account statements and activity records needed to verify a claim. An approved shortfall refund is processed within ten business days of verification. Refunds end program access and cancel unearned success fees. The two guarantees are alternative remedies: previous program-fee refunds are deducted so combined refunds cannot exceed the upfront fee actually paid.
Count only the connected program account's attributable program trades. Include trading losses, commissions, financing, relevant platform/data charges and any success fees already paid when measuring profit retained for guarantee purposes. Do not count deposits, withdrawals, unrelated holdings or unrealized gains as profit. Spreads reflected in fills are not deducted twice. Open losses reduce eligible profit, so paper losses cannot be ignored when checking fee recovery or guarantee eligibility. Personal taxes and the upfront program fee itself are excluded from the trading-profit calculation.
Success fees accrue only on new eligible profits above the recovered upfront fee and the previous cash-flow-adjusted high-water mark, before the current success fee. Earlier losses carry forward; recovering a loss is not charged again. Reconcile against broker records monthly, adjusting for deposits and withdrawals. Success fees are additional to the upfront program payment and are capped at the amount shown for each AI package. Collection ends at the cap or at the end of the 12-month term. No unearned amount becomes payable as a lump sum.
The guarantees cover the upfront program fee only. They do not reimburse trading losses, replace trading capital or refund broker charges, taxes, external financing or other third-party costs. A fee-recovery refund does not guarantee an overall investment return. Trading can lose some or all of your capital. Automated copying may fail or produce results different from Elle's account. Review your account and understand the risks before enabling live trading.
The 40+ years refers to Elle's father's experience investing and trading in financial markets, not a verified 40-year performance record for the software or this program. The three AI packages share the same core approach; higher prices buy additional support and access, not promised higher returns. Rulebook Agents describes the proposed analysis, execution and risk-control workflow. The exact autonomous-strategy and trade-copying functions, supported markets and account permissions must be documented and demonstrated before purchase. Software operates only when its supported markets, connections and infrastructure are available; continuous monitoring does not mean every market trades 24/7. Brokerage eligibility, geographic availability, final funding requirements, applicable taxes and renewal terms are confirmed in the written agreement before payment.
